No Traffic Lights Vs Traffic Lights
On Monday 25th January there was a power cut in Auckland. During which we filmed this intersection (Union St + Wellington). We filmed again at exactly the same time the next day for a comparison.
I’ve been toying around with this idea: How individuals could do better than the state could, when it came to managing roads.
The state has a history of doing things so poorly; causing traffic jams, backups, and overall congestion. So this intrigues me.
